How the Process Works
Step 1 — Initial Inquiry (Contact Form)
Start by submitting the project intake form. This gives me essential details—geography, datasets, audience, and goals—so I can begin with a clear understanding.
Step 2 — Follow-Up Call (After Intake Review)
After reviewing your form, I schedule a focused call to clarify objectives, confirm feasibility, and refine the scope. This ensures an efficient and productive conversation.
Step 3 — Proposal & Scope
You receive a clear, plain-language scope outlining objectives, data sources, deliverables, milestones, timeline, and pricing.
Step 4 — Data Acquisition & Prep
Data are collected, cleaned, and prepared from publicly available sources and any client-provided datasets, using reproducible workflows.
Step 5 — Analysis & Mapping
Statistical, spatial, and equity analyses are conducted using RStudio and QGIS, with geospatial layers, indicators, and maps built according to the agreed scope.
Step 6 — Validation & Alignment Check
I verify that datasets, methods, and geographic boundaries match the agreed scope. If helpful, I may share select tables or structural elements for confirmation, but final maps, analyses, and narratives are delivered only in the completed report.
Step 7 — Final Deliverables
Final deliverables are provided in your preferred formats, such as CSV, GeoPackage (GPKG), static maps (PNG/PDF), narrative summaries, and documentation.
Step 8 — Optional Follow-Up Support
As needed, I can support implementation, prepare presentation-ready materials, or update datasets and analyses for future projects.
